Affectionately known as Mr. Bill, Bill is currently student pastor at Grace Chapel in Castle Rock, Colorado. He is married to his girlfriend Jean and they have two teenagers of their own: Drew (19) and Jessica (14). He is a youth ministry graduate from Colorado Christian University and has been doing student ministry together with Jean for the past 24 years. Mr. Bill is a natural evangelist – he loves to talk about Jesus with everyone and anyone he meets!
Jim is the Student Ministries Director at Friendship Church in Minnesota. He has been serving full time in youth ministry for over 17 years. He is passionate about equipping students to always be ready to give an answer to the hope that is within them and to help youth ministries become disciple-making environments. He speaks often for camps, retreats, seminars and training environments for ministry leaders. He and his wife Naomi have been married for 18 years and are proud parents of the “J-Crew”; Josiah (15), Jesse (13), Jacob (8) and Joy (3). Jim has a BA in Jewish and Modern Israel Studies from Moody Bible Institute and an MA from Crown College in Ministry Leadership.
Andy McGowan has been youth pastor and director of Revolution Kenosha for over 7 years, and has worked in youth ministry for 14 years. His heart is to see this generation of middle and high school students transform this country through the power of the Gospel, by the grace of Jesus Christ. Andy is also involved with the Allies of Kenosha gospel network. He received a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity International University and Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Andy is married to Allison, he has one young son Elias, and a daughter on the way.
Jon is a youth pastor turned church planter who serves as the senior pastor of New Heights Church in Berea, KY. He has been in youth ministry for over 14 years and currently serves as a campus ministry coach and trainer for several schools in the area. Jon has a contagious enthusiasm for sharing the gospel and training students and adults to do the same. He has been married to Amy for 12 years and they have two children: Evan (10) and Shailynn (9). Jon loves his family deeply and they are ALL committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus together!
Nathan Smith’s history includes being a pastor’s kid, church planter’s kid, landscape designer, and now a student pastor. His passion is for training leaders to have successful youth ministries that reach people for Jesus as well as seeing students stick with their faith after high school. He is the student pastor at Majestic View Church in Kiowa, Colorado. Nathan has served there for the last 11 years with his amazing wife (Kendra) of 12 years and their amazing 4 kids, Jonathan (10), Naomi (8), Elliot (5), & Gianna (2). He is living in a small town seeing God do big things and believes everyone can see God do big things when doing ministry like Jesus modeled it.
Jeff began his journey with Jesus at the age of 21 after he was radically saved from a life of alcoholism and vain pursuit of fame through country music. He and his wife Jodi surrendered their lives completely to Christ and became missionaries for Youth With A Mission (YWAM), serving in the nations of Turkey and Egypt. In 2006 Jeff became Youth Pastor at Mennonite Christian Assembly in Fredericksburg, OH, where he continues to equip students to reach their world with the G.O.S.P.E.L. Jeff and Jodi have five children: Taylor, Abigail, Piper, Elijah, & Eden. Jeff speaks often at camps and retreats, and also shares the message of Christ through music as the front man of the band Polen.
Chris has been married to his amazing wife Susan and have been blessed with three boys, Blake(15) Andrew(11) and Zane(6). He has served in Student Ministry for over 18 years. Chris has spoken and trained students and youth leaders at various camps, retreats, Dnows and conference settings. He’s currently the Student and Young Adults Pastor at First Baptist Church in Hiwasse, Arkansas. Chris is desperate to see revival in his schools, city, nation and world and believes that it will happen through teenagers as they are equipped and released to make Disciples of Jesus! Making Disciples has to start and end with the GOSPEL; he has experienced first-hand what God can do through a Gospel Advancing Ministry by living out the seven values within his own ministry context. He’s passionate to come alongside ministries, camps, networks, organizations, and Church’s to serve in any capacity, those wanting to become a Gospel Advancing Ministry.
Tyree rededicated his life in on March 29, 1998 at Gateway Church in Williamsport, MD and served as youth pastor from 2002 – 2016. This passionate, optimistic, humorous, sports dad and his wife Glory have two beautiful kids; Eli (the sports fanatic) and Jada (the animated beauty).
He is also a certified “Life Skills Facilitator” which enables him to speak in school assemblies on topics like “Bullying Prevention” and “Cheat Codes to Reaching Your Dreams” through ‘RockYourMic.com’, through these opportunities, Tyree is able to speak to over 30,000 different students each year.
When he’s not talking to random strangers at Wal-mart, his passion and hope as a speaker is to see students trained in praying for their Cause turf, pursuing them in love and truth, and seeing them discipled through evangelism.
Joshua serves as youth minister at Cornerstone Community Church of Brookfield. He and his wife, Madeleine, have served there for the entirety of their marriage (7 years). Joshua grew up in Costa Rica and is bilingual, and can speak Spanish as a second language. He received his BA in youth ministry from Moody in 2008 followed by his MA in ministry leadership from Moody Theological Seminary in 2015. He is passionate about seeing students share Jesus Christ with their peers and challenging those in his life to disciple the way Jesus did. Joshua is always trying to set the example through the way he lives his life, starting at home where he loves being dad to William (4) and Clara (2).
Carrie Evans has a passion for using her life’s adventures and thoughts to reach teens and connect them to Christ and the Bible. She loves using movie clips, computer tools, and music to effectively engage youth. Carrie has been the Student Ministry Director and Youth Pastor for 6th-12th grade at Family in Christ church since 2006. She and her husband Harley have been leading youth groups together for 18 years and enjoy spending family time with their teenage twin daughters. Prior to youth ministry, Carrie worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the Aerospace Industry for 5 years. Carrie graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to attending CU, she gained valuable insights from living in various locations the Air Force sent her father and the family.
Brian has been serving in full-time student ministry for more than 10 years. He’s currently serving at the South Tulsa Baptist Church in Tulsa Oklahoma. Brian is passionate about evangelism and equipping students to biblically and effectively share the Gospel with confidence! He’s also sold on getting parents on board and involved in the discipleship of their kids. Brian has spoken at all different kinds of events, large or small, traditional and progressive… and would be privileged to have the opportunity to equip and challenge your people! Brian has a Masters Degree in Youth Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Candace have been married for 14 years and have 3 amazing kids; Mackenzie (8), Madison, (6), and Jonah (3).
Aaron experienced a profound life change when he met Jesus and was saved from a life of substance abuse. Because of this he is insanely passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and has dedicated his life to proclaim the true gospel that “Jesus Christ came to Earth to save sinners” (1 Timothy 1:15). Aaron is an evangelist at heart and wants to see churches mobilized with the saving message that JESUS IS LORD! Aaron is the High School Pastor at Calvary Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has been married for 11 years to his best friend Emily and they have four Children, Alexis (10), Nehemiah (7), Annika (3), and Josiah (1). When he is not preaching the gospel, he loves to hang out with his family, get crazy watching Michigan State sports, geek out on Star Wars stuff, and dominate the world in disc golf.
Wilson is currently on staff with Lovin Life ministries getting the opportunity to train and equip students to share the Gospel with their generation. He has been doing youth ministry for the past 4 years and it is his desire to continue to see students passionate and motivated about Jesus Christ. Wilson is originally from Seattle, Washington, but currently, He and his wife live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with one child on the way.
While working at a camp, at the age of 16, Matt received his call into ministry and developed a deep love and passion for young people. After leading several campers to Christ, he was hooked! Matt attended Oak Hills Christian College and earned his B. A. in Youth Ministry, and even better, met and married the love of his life, Amanda. Matt enjoys serving at Harvest New Beginnings Church in Oswego, IL and loves spending time with Amanda and their six children. After 17 years of professional youth ministry, he loves Jesus and students more than ever!
The mother of two daughters, Sierra (26) and Savannah (20), Michele is the founder & executive director of FireStorm Drama Team, an independent traveling drama ministry team comprised of Christian teens ages 14-19. Their purpose is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through a variety of dramatic platforms including improvisational skits, comedies, dramas, monologues, & musical interpretations. They have developed a number of outreach programs including general outreach STORM events (Sending Them Out to Reach Many). Bleeding Hope events reach out providing hope and healing in Christ for teens and young adults who struggle with self-destructive behaviors, depression, & suicide. FireStarter events for youth leaders encourage and equip them to keep the Gospel at the center of their programs, and offer Bold Steps outreach events to provide shoes for people in need within our local community. She believes passionately that teens are a powerful source of spreading truth. Along with her daughter Sierra (team director), we purposefully train team members to be bold about their faith both on & off the stage.
Gustavo has been married to Sasha for 11 years and has two children, Dylan (8) and Nailah May (6). He is now the youth pastor at Second Union Church of San Juan, in Puerto Rico. Saved as an adult from a life of “cultural Christianity”, God has given him the gift of teaching both in English and Spanish. His favorite topic is how to share the Gospel and making disciples. He is passionate about seeing believers go, as they move from casual church-goers into disciple makers.
