The Dare 2 Share LIVE 2023 kickoff has been awesome! It is always so inspiring to see teens activated for sharing Christ in their communities. On November 11th, 2023, we kicked off this year’s Dare 2 Share LIVE event: Let’s GO. So far, the event has been amazing. We have seen communities from one side of the world to the other touched with the Gospel message.
In fact, on the kickoff day alone, students had over 7,500 Gospel conversations in their communities, resulting in 454 reported Christ decisions in the LI6W app, and that’s just the start! We know there are and will be many more. Praise Jesus!

We are overwhelmed by how Christ has been at work through D2S LIVE. The best part is that the event is not only ongoing, but as students participate, they can take the skills they learn and continue to impact their worlds with them!

What is Dare 2 Share LIVE 2023 all about?
During this world shaking event, students engage in training videos that mobilize them for Gospel sharing, then go out into their communities and actually do it. Around 2,200 groups from 70 countries have participated so far. The event gives students the needed confidence to be bold for Christ and change lives with the Gospel message, and so far, many people’s lives have been touched.
The event is offered in Spanish and English, with talented speakers who bring practical Gospel-centered training, and many inspirational stories. They unpack the theme “Let’s Go” based on Matthew 28:19-20, aimed to activate students and leaders alike to “go and make disciples of all nations.”
Students learn how to share the Gospel using the G.O.S.P.E.L. acrostic that they are able to access at any time with the Life in 6 Words app, and by practicing having conversations. This equips them to go out and share the Gospel with their communities during the outreach time. The speakers teach them how to do so in both a relational and understanding way.

One leader wrote this in a Facebook post a few days after the kickoff:
“Just had one of my volunteers (who is a substitute teacher) text me.
She said: “Saw Eliah in the hall just now at the high school and we went through GOSPEL together. Pretty cool.”
Practicing the G.O.S.P.E.L. in the hallways of the High School! Just had to share.”
It is our heartfelt desire to see this momentum continue throughout the new year, and for students to continue to pray, care, share and ask, admire, and admit with their peers.

Here are ways GRoups Can keep the Gospel Advancing Momentum Going:
1. Utilize the Life in 6 Words app
Teens can stay driven and equipped for THE Cause by sharing their Gospel advancing efforts on the Life in 6 Words app. The app allows users to do the following three things.
- Track people they are praying for and sharing the Gospel with
- Access conversation-starting tools and resources
- Pray-Care-Share goal making as a youth group

2. Build Up Their Gospel Advancing Ministry
The work has just begun. Leaders can continue advancing the Gospel, by building up their ministry focus on the Gospel Advancing Ministry, and by building up a network of leaders they can help teach to do the same. This way the multiplying effect of making disciples that make disciples can continue in full swing. The movement is just starting, the time to take action is now.
