I was at a crossroads in my youth ministry career. I could continue functioning as a weekly program director — essentially a glorified babysitter — for the teenagers entrusted to me, or I could make a decisive change and do whatever it took to see the Gospel transform their lives and mobilize them for Kingdom impact.
