Leading the Movement to Reach Every Teen

Jason Lamb, President

Jason Lamb has spent his life equipping youth leaders and students to make the Gospel their mission. As President of Dare 2 Share, he carries the vision of seeing every teen, everywhere, hear the Gospel from a friend—and he’s committed to making that vision a reality.

With over 20 years of ministry experience, Jason has worked as a youth pastor, senior pastor, and organizational leader. His passion is to train and mobilize youth pastors to move beyond good intentions and create Gospel Advancing ministries that spark real transformation.

When Jason isn’t equipping leaders or speaking on stages, you’ll find him traveling the world, telling unforgettable stories, and creating moments that matter with his wife, Neva, and their three boys.

Why I do this

“When I was a youth pastor, I thought I was doing everything right—but something was missing. I wanted to see real transformation in my students, but I wasn’t sure how to make that happen. Then, I encountered Dare 2 Share. What I learned changed my ministry, my leadership, and my life. Now, I’m honored to help youth leaders around the world experience that same breakthrough.”

Ministry Update

Monthly insights, real stories, and vision for the future.

This past July, we had over 500 attendees at Lead THE Cause (our week-long student activation event in Denver, Colorado). Teenagers were mobilized to share their faith, youth leaders were equipped with training to keep the momentum going year-round, and 11 global ministry leaders from 8 countries gathered through our Global Cohort to learn how to multiply this vision in their own nations. Together, they experienced a movement bigger than a single event, one whose impact is continuing to reverberate through their campuses and countries. Because of our generous donors, this investment is leading to lasting life change and ministry growth in the United States and around the world.
