Stop for a moment and try to imagine this: a revival funneling in hundreds, even thousands of students into your youth ministry as a result of the record number of youth giving their lives to Christ during the coming school year? 1. 1. Inspiration. Your students need to catch a vision for sharing the gospel with everyone in their circles of influence—friends, classmates, teammates and so on—because eternity hangs in the balance. As Romans 10:14-15, they have a vital role to play. “But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?”
   2. Training. Your students need to know how to relationally share the gospel in a clear, complete, compelling way. Students don’t learn gospel fluency by osmosis, like any life skill, it takes deliberate training and practice.
   3. Faith-sharing Tools. Whether it’s shareable conversation-starting videos, thought-provoking photos or a mobile app, getting the right tools into your students’ hands can make a world of difference. Having easy-to-use, social media-ready faith-sharing resources at their fingertips can give your students the confidence and courage they need to get the conversation started.
   4. The Spirit of God at Work. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere” (Acts 1:8). Did you catch that? “YOU WILL receive power… YOU WILL be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere.” Those promises include you and your students!
