Greetings
My name is Musa Kapembwa, and my journey in ministry has been shaped by a deep passion to see lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m especially passionate about sharing the Gospel among children and young people in Zambia’s Copperbelt.
I’ve committed myself to teaching and discipling children because I believe in the truth of Proverbs 22:6:
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
Through organizing and teaching at children’s conferences, I’ve seen many children receive Christ and grow bold in their faith and willingness to share the Gospel with others. I work closely with Sunday school teachers and leaders, equipping them so that together we can raise a generation grounded in God’s Word.
All About Evangelism
Evangelism is central to my ministry. I’m guided by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19:
‘Therefore go and make disciples of all nations. baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.’
Throughout the year, I engage children in outreach activities, encouraging them to actively live out the Great Commission. It’s been a joy to see children step out in faith and share the Gospel in their homes and communities.
Love in Action
I believe in demonstrating God’s love through action. As 1 John 3:18 reminds us:
Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
Recently, I had the privilege of taking a team to visit a disability center where we shared food, groceries, toiletries. It was an incredibly powerful opportunity to share Christ’s love in a practical way and remind people that they’re seen, valued, and loved, both by God and the Church.
Throughout all these experiences, I’ve come to understand that Gospel advancement is not just about preaching — it’s about living a life that reflects Christ daily. As James 1:22 says:
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
I hope to continue serving faithfully, raising young disciples, and seeing communities transformed for the glory of God for a long, long time.
