Jason Lamb has spent his life equipping youth leaders and students to make the Gospel their mission. As President of Dare 2 Share, he carries the vision of seeing every teen, everywhere, hear the Gospel from a friend—and he’s committed to making that vision a reality.

With over 20 years of ministry experience, Jason has worked as a youth pastor, senior pastor, and organizational leader. His passion is to train and mobilize youth pastors to move beyond good intentions and create Gospel Advancing ministries that spark real transformation.

When Jason isn’t equipping leaders or speaking on stages, you’ll find him traveling the world, telling unforgettable stories, and creating moments that matter with his wife, Neva, and their three boys.

Why I do this

This quarter has been full of prayer and praise as we witnessed the many ways God is at work. This past year, 6.6 million people were reached by Dare 2 Share trainings and programs. We invested in relationships with leaders in 138 nations while continuing to build a strong, vibrant presence here in the U.S. I’m so grateful for those who fuel this mission as we equip youth leaders and teenagers to take the Gospel to every corner of the world.
