As a youth leader, youĀ wantĀ yourĀ studentsĀ toĀ own their faith andĀ share it with others. ButĀ where do you start?Ā Have no fearā€”theĀ bestĀ tool to get teens sharing their faithĀ is here!Ā

The Life in 6 Words (Li6W) app has recently undergone an overhaul that’s turned it into a tool youth pastors are calling a ā€œgame changer.ā€ And with all newĀ eye-catching graphics, itā€™sĀ an exciting and engaging app to use.Ā

Previously, the Li6W app included gospel conversation prompts and theĀ Life in 6 Words videoĀ featuring Propaganda. It was a great gospel conversation tool, but now its usefulness goes far beyond navigating conversations. Hereā€™s a preview of the appā€™s new lookĀ and features:Ā

Now letā€™s check out the most notable new featuresĀ ofĀ the Li6WĀ app.Ā

1. The Cause CircleĀ

The Cause Circle isĀ a relational evangelismĀ strategy withĀ threeĀ stages: Prayer, Care, and Share.Ā In the Li6W app, you can add unsaved friends to your Cause Circle and categorize them by these three stages. You’ll have a helpful list of unsaved friends to refer to and know which stage to focus on in your relationships with each of them. Here’s a closer look at the Cause Circle:

2. Gospel Sharing GroupsĀ

It‘sĀ hard to share the gospel when you feel like youā€™reĀ the onlyĀ one.Ā Now through the app,Ā you can createĀ or joinĀ groups with other believers to encourageLife in 6 Words app new Group feature each otherĀ inĀ reaching your collectiveĀ Cause Circle.Ā The appĀ tracksĀ how many unsaved people your group is reaching, how many gospel conversationsĀ are happening, how many prayersĀ are beingĀ prayed, and more.Ā

Make a group with all your students andĀ watch their excitement grow as they see how manyĀ peopleĀ theyā€™re reachingĀ for ChristĀ together!Ā

3. Conversation vs. Presentation The Li6W App GOSPEL

The G.O.S.P.E.L. section of the Li6W app has been revamped to encourage a real conversation, not just a presentation.Ā When walking through the app with a lost friend, youā€™ll first ask them toĀ choose six wordsĀ to describe their life. Then youā€™ll show them yourĀ six words, andĀ finallyĀ presentĀ the G.O.S.P.E.L. acronym.Ā While going through the G.O.S.P.E.L., you can also pull up Bible verses that support each point. At the end of the conversation, you’ll get to ask your friend if they want to trustĀ in Jesus.Ā

4. Follow-upĀ ToolĀ

Whether they decide to trust in Jesus or not, you can use the app toĀ text or email your friendĀ theirĀ six words, corresponding verses, andĀ more info onĀ theĀ G.O.S.P.E.L. This follow-up tool helps keep your friendĀ thinking about theĀ gospel and gives you an easy prompt for your next gospel conversation with them.Ā

5. New VideosĀ

The Li6W app isĀ an incredible tool for educating students on each letter of the G.O.S.P.E.L. In the ā€œVideosā€ section of the app, youā€™ll find the original ā€œLife in 6 Wordsā€ video, ā€œThe Cause Circleā€ video, and the video lessons from theĀ Life in 6 Words curriculum. Take advantage of these incredible free resources! These videos will pump up your studentsĀ andĀ help them fully understand the gospel as they share it.Ā

Trust us, this app will trulyĀ change the game for your youth group. It will get teens sharing their faith and turn them into gospel-sharing powerhouses! Find more details at li6w.com and download it on the Apple Store or Google Play.
