Palm trees. Sandy beaches. Ocean views. We’re not just dreaming of going to the beach from this landlocked state of Colorado, Dare 2 Share is actually going to California for Lead THE Cause Summer 2018!

That’s right, this disciple-making, gospel-glorifying, evangelism-training event is expanding to five cities summer 2018 by making Los Angeles its next hub for gospel advancement. (See what other four cities are included here.)

The Gospel in L.A.

Come be an angel in the City of Angels by sharing the good news of Christ in the second most populated city in America. Your teens won’t have any trouble finding someone to share the gospel with in this city.

When your teens go out to the city to share their faith, a few things will happen:

  • They will begin to own their faith — nobody likes talking about something they are unfamiliar with. When your teens go out, they’re forced to come face to face with what they believe and finding out why they believe it.
  • They will find no greater joy — there is no greater joy than seeing someone come to know Christ (especially when you’re the one God’s using to help). When your teens go out and share their faith, their fear will turn to joy.
  • Practice builds confidence — as with anything, practice makes perfect! The truth is, all of us as believers are called to share our faith (Matthew 18:16-20). But, we don’t always follow through with this command. Throughout the week at LTC, your teens are taught how to engage gospel conversations and then they’re given opportunities to actually go out and do it! Each conversation becomes a building block of confidence in sharing their faith.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your sunblock, sunglasses and sunhats! Join us in L.A. at Vanguard University for a week of intense training that will equip your teens to live a life on mission for THE Cause of Christ.

Paul reminds us in Romans 10:15, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” (Even if there is sand between their toes!) Come be the beautiful feet that help bring the even more beautiful message of the gospel to the Angelinos of L.A.!
