This generation of teens is the largest in history, and represents an incredible opportunity for the Church to unleash them for the Gospel, but many teens are hurting.

Things may look dark for this generation, but we know that hope is not lost! God is moving in this generation and we are seeing a movement of teens, leaders and multipliers rising up to work towards the vision of every teen, everywhere, hearing the Gospel from a friend.

Youth are leaving the church & their faith in record numbers
The solution is Gospel Advancing leaders rising up to activate believing teens to reach their peers with the Gospel.
Leaders who share the Gospel personally and mobilize teens to do the same provide the engine for the Gospel Advancing movement.
In 2023, the number of Gospel Advancing leaders around the world increased by 100%. The number of leaders we were able to directly track went from 13,000 to over 26,000.

We believe every teen should have access to evangelism training. That's why all of our digital training and resources are free so that nothing stands in the way of groups getting the quality tools needed for a Gospel Advancing ministry.

Free Digital Resources
We provided 22,997 resources (small group curriculum, devotionals, books, trainings, and tools) to our global audience, reaching youth and leaders in over 90% of the world’s countries.
Downloading our free resources saved youth leaders over $180,000 last year.

Greg Stier
Founder & Visionary
Greg witnessed his tough, inner-city family’s transformation by the power of the Gospel before he reached adolescence. It was this that planted the seed in his heart to become an evangelist. In 1991, as a young church planter, Greg founded Dare 2 Share with a single focus—equipping teens to reach teens with the Gospel. Now, after three decades of ministry, millions of young people across America and around the world have been motivated, trained, and mobilized to make disciples. Greg has been married to his amazing wife, Debbie, for 33 years. They are the proud parents of Jeremy, age 22, and Kailey, age 19.
Debbie Bresina
President
Debbie began serving the ministry in 1993 as a volunteer and became the first full-time staff member in 1995. She has served as Executive Director, Executive Vice President of Ministry Advancement, and since 2015, President. Pulling from her early career in high-tech, Debbie has an eye for strategy and a passion for Kingdom collaboration. Counting it as an honor to lead and serve the team and ministry constituents, Debbie’s commitment to the ministry is fueled by the desire to mobilize a generation with the hope and purpose she didn’t have as a teenager.
Jill Meador
Vice President of Operations
Jill Meador joined Dare 2 Share in 2014 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Jill draws on years of operational and business management experience, including 10 years serving in local church ministry prior to joining D2S. She has a passion for organization, process improvement, and stewarding the ministry to its fullest potential. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for over 20 years and have three adult children.
Jason Lamb
Executive Vice President of Ministry
Jason Lamb serves as Dare 2 Share’s Executive Vice President of Ministry and has 25 years of ministry experience: half that time with Dare 2 Share and the other half in local church ministry. He is motivated to recruit as many youth leaders as possible to the Gospel Advancing movement, having experienced the impact of it first-hand in the youth ministries he led. Jason and Neva have been married for 24 years and have three sons.
Phil Hildebrand
Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Phil is a 33-year ministry veteran who has been with Dare 2 Share since 2008 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. He is a creative professional with expertise in marketing, advertising, strategy, and product development. Phil and his wife, Anita, will be celebrating 36 years in June. They have three grown boys and a 2-year-old puggle named Giger.
