Maicon is Bringing Gospel Hope to the Youth of Europe
From quiet obedience to Gospel urgency, he is mobilizing the Gospel Advancing movement one province at a time.

In 2013, Maicon accepted an invitation from Word of Life (WoL) to go to Spain and support local youth ministries. He served faithfully, but it wasn’t until a few years later that God gave him a deeper burden for evangelism. That’s when the urgency to reach the lost truly took hold of his heart.
By 2020, WoL was partnering with Dare 2 Share, and Maicon helped lead his first Lead THE Cause in Tarragona, Spain. There, he trained 60 young people to share their faith boldly. Four students came to Christ, and 19 young believers committed to sharing the Gospel with their friends. Local leaders were amazed—and a spark had ignited.
Dare 2 Share tools like the Life in 6 Words app are helping students have Gospel conversations. They are not only sharing their faith but are stepping into leadership. In Spain, where only 0.8% of the population are believers, this is a glimpse of real transformation.
Today, Maicon is working alongside English and Spanish ministries to equip leaders across every province of Europe—with a vision to one day see Gospel Advancing leaders all across the continent.
