Over the last 30 years, our team has developed a simple four-step process to effectively train for impact and lasting change. We call it “Why? What? How? Now!” We use this method to guide everything we do.

why?

Everyone needs a burning “why” inside in order to drive growth and change – teens included. So we start with inspiration and motivation to get their hearts engaged.

what?

Information is critical, but it also needs to be understood. We know how teens think and we break down the concepts so they “get it.”

how?

We take the information and connect it to their lives for personal application – which is critical for long-term change.
