Everyone is a leader. A better word for leader is influencer. According to the experts, even the shyest person will influence at least 10,000 others during their lifetime. That means that even if you are the shyest person in the world you will lead an army of 10,000 troops over the course of your lifetime! You may influence them with a smile in the hallway when they are down. You may influence them with a message that reflects your Christian beliefs in Speech class. You may influence them with your example of patience and humility or hard work on the soccer field.
