My team and I wanted to do something fresh and interactive with the students to present Christmas in a way that they probably hadn’t experienced before. We didn’t want students getting through Christmas thinking, “I’ve heard that before,” even though most of them have. We developed, “Stations of the Manger,” similar to “Stations of the Cross.” Here are the 5 stations that we came up with for our students to go through:
- Old Testament prophecies, New Testament fulfillment
- The Shepherds
- Gifts from the Wise Men
- Following the Star
- The Manger
Check out the gospel journey message mentioned in the video.

I would love to get the copy of the outline/ packet. We just had our time with our students and this would have been awesome. I would love to possibly implement this sometime through the year like you said. God Bless you as you serve.
Jonathan, I ‘d be happy to get it to you. Send me your email addy via Facebook or Twitter and I’ll get it to you when I’m back in the office next week.
