Web and Social Media Manager
The primary responsibility of this position is to enhance the communication of the ministry's mission and vision by maximizing all of Dare 2 Share Ministries' web, social media, and digital assets. Responsibilities will include implementation of new pages, changes to existing pages or changes to navigation within new or existing sites or assets. This will require design and development expertise (including the writing of HTML code). This position will also be responsible for the implementation of a Content Management System for primary sites, utilizing outside vendors minimally.
Contribution to web and social media strategy is also expected. While this is a management position it is very hands-on and current technical experience and knowledge are required.
The position is also responsible for overseeing general IT support and maintenance for in-house technology as directed by the VP of Operations. Responsibilities include oversight of installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, and upgrades for all corporate desktops and notebooks. These responsibilities will most often be met through vendor management of contracted engineers. It is expected that this aspect of the role would consume roughly 20% of the position's time.
The position mandates good communication skills with team members and business contacts. Must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple, concurrent, high priority projects.

Dare 2 Share Ministries has a full-time opening in the Sales Department for our Ministry Advocate position. This position, located in Arvada, Colorado, is primarily responsible for driving sales revenue for our conference events. The majority of your time will be spent connecting with churches and Youth Leaders who have expressed interest in a Dare 2 Share conference as well as our curriculum. You will be trained to professionally articulate Dare 2 Share products, services and events to this target audience. Successful applicants will exhibit passion for Dare 2 Share and its vision for THE Cause, effective phone and communication skills, the ability to relationally & relentlessly move prospects through the sales process and strong conversion prowess.
